¼«ÀÖ½ûµØ religion alumna Tiffany Stubbs ’08 earned second place in the 2020 John R. Claypool Preaching Award at the James and Carolyn McAfee School of Theology at Mercer University. Her sermon, What's in Your Cup?, excelled in “a competitive field of excellent sermons,” judges said.
The Birmingham, Alabama, native excelled at ¼«ÀÖ½ûµØ, too, earning the Department of Biblical and Religious Studies’ 2008 Talley-Windsor Award for performance and promise in preparation for a church-related vocation. She currently studies spiritual and pastoral care in the McAfee School of Theology M.Div. degree program.
