Windows

1. Click on the Start Button and open Outlook.
2. Enter your ¼«ÀÖ½ûµØ email address.
3. Enter your ¼«ÀÖ½ûµØ username and password.
4. You will then get the DUO prompt page. Click the “Push” button and accept the prompt if you have the app on your phone. Click the “Code” button and enter the 6-digit code if you have the hard token.
5. Click “Connect”.

MacOS (Setting Up an Account)

1. Open the Outlook app from the Applications folder.
2. Click “Get Started”, “Start using Outlook”, and/or “OK” if prompted.
3. Enter your ¼«ÀÖ½ûµØ email address.
4. Enter your ¼«ÀÖ½ûµØ username and password.
5. You will then get the DUO prompt page. Click the “Push” button and accept the prompt if you have the app on your phone. Click the “Code” button and enter the 6-digit code if you have the hard token.
6. Click “DUO”.
7. Click “Done”.

MacOS (Adding a Second Account)

1. Open the Outlook app from the Applications folder.
2. Click on “Tools” and then “Accounts”.
3. Click on the “+” button and then click “New Account…”.
4. Enter the ¼«ÀÖ½ûµØ email address.
5. Enter your ¼«ÀÖ½ûµØ username and password.
6. You will then get the DUO prompt page. Click the “Push” button and accept the prompt if you have the app on your phone. Click the “Code” button and enter the 6-digit code if you have the hard token.
7. Click “DUO”.
8. Click “Done”.

Android

1. Download the Outlook app from the Google Play Store.
2. Enter your ¼«ÀÖ½ûµØ email address.
3. Enter your ¼«ÀÖ½ûµØ username and password.
4. You will then get the DUO prompt page. Click the “Push” button and accept the prompt if you have the app on your phone.
5. Click “Connect”.

iOS

Recommended

1. Download the Outlook app from the App Store.
2. Enter your ¼«ÀÖ½ûµØ email address.
3. Enter your ¼«ÀÖ½ûµØ username and password.
4. You will then get the DUO prompt page. Click the “Push” button and accept the prompt if you have the app on your phone.
5. Click “Connect”.

Using the native iOS client

1. Open the "Settings" app on your iOS device.
2. Scroll down to Mail and select it.
3. Select "Add Account."
4. Select type "Microsoft Exchange."
5. Select "Sign In" and enter your full ¼«ÀÖ½ûµØ email address. (Do not configure the settings manually.) You will then be redirected to the familiar ¼«ÀÖ½ûµØ login page.
6. Enter your ¼«ÀÖ½ûµØ username and password.
7. Authenticate with DUO. Your email account will synchronize, then be ready for use.
