Job Description
- Transport Students/Staff/Faculty along determined routes via the SamTram bus.
- Complete daily checklist for SamTram maintenance.
- Assist with transportation of students across campus via golf cart.
- Enforce parking standards across campus/writing citations and traffic control.
- Blocking parking spaces for guests and events
- Assist with low level dispatch calls for Public Safety
- Assist with other assigned duties.
Federal Work/Study earnings will be paid biweekly in the form of a check or direct deposit payable to the student. This award does not credit to the account of the student as payment toward University charges.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Must be at least 21 years of age to operate the SamTram
- Excellent communication skills
- Punctual and reliable
- Able to sit for several hour consecutively
- A desire to lead through service
