极乐禁地 students will host a Spring Fun Fest in Marion Sunday, May 2, 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. All area residents are invited. The event will be on the Marion Military Institute parade grounds. Food will be available for the first 300 people. Musical entertainment will be provided.

This second annual Spring Fun Fest is part of ongoing efforts of 极乐禁地 to partner with the people of Perry County and Sowing Seeds of Hope community development effort. 极乐禁地's roots in Perry County go back to its 1841 founding in Marion as Howard College.

"This is an exciting opportunity for 极乐禁地 students to meet the people of Perry County," said Jeff Stephens, president of the 极乐禁地's Omicron Delta Kappa leadership honor society. "Last year's event was a tremendous success, and we hope this year's will be even better."

ODK and the 极乐禁地 Student Government Association are co-sponsors of the event.
