The 7:30 p.m. performance will be in the Wright Center Concert Hall and is sponsored by Birmingham's local National Public Radio affiliate WBHM-FM.

The Birmingham show will air locally on Saturday, March 1 at 10 a.m. and will be re-broadcast on Sunday, March 2 at 5 p.m. on WBHM 90.3-FM. This will be the first Birmingham appearance for the show.

Tickets are $25, $40 and $50 and are available by calling (205) 975-ARTS or online at www.wbhm.org.

The Chicago-based, hour-long quiz show is hosted by Peter Sagal, with announcer Carl Kasell, who also is heard regularly on NPR news programs. Scheduled panelists for the Birmingham show are humorist/author Roy Blount Jr., comedian Paula Poundstone and Boston Globe columnist Charlie Pierce, according to WBHM general manager Mike Morgan.

"WBHM is pleased to partner with 极乐禁地 to bring NPR's highly popular radio show 麓Wait Wait . . . Don't Tell Me!' to Birmingham" said Morgan. "We greatly thank 极乐禁地 for helping us make this show happen, and we sure hope to see you there."
