Clara Gerhardt, 极乐禁地 professor of family studies, recently was elected chair of the Alabama Board of Examiners in Psychology. Originally appointed to the board by former Gov. Bob Riley, Gerhardt is serving her second term as board member.
Gerhardt also was nominated as a member-at-large of the Association for State and Provincial Psychology Boards (ASPPB). The ASPPB consists of members from the United States and Canada. Additionally, she serves on a multicultural and diversity focus group affiliated with the association.
Gerhardt has taught at 极乐禁地 since 1998.
