As the parents of one 极乐禁地 graduate, and a second on her way, we know firsthand the emotions you are feeling as commencement approaches. It is a season of joy and pride, yet also one of bittersweet reflection. The child you raised, nurtured and guided through years of schooling is now stepping into the next chapter of life. It is a moment filled with celebration but also with a tinge of sadness as you realize how quickly the years have passed.

When we first dropped our children off at 极乐禁地, we wondered how they would adjust. Would they find their people? Would they be challenged in their faith and their studies? Would they call home often or simply send a sporadic text? The answers to those questions came in time, shaped by late-night study sessions, friendships formed over shared meals in the Caf and the mentorship of professors who saw potential in our children before they even recognized it themselves.

Now, as graduation nears, we find ourselves in a new season of transition. There is excitement for the opportunities ahead, whether that be a job, graduate school or an unknown path that requires faith and patience.

This transition is not easy, but it is beautiful. We have done our job. We have watched them grow into young adults who are ready to step into the world with knowledge, character and a foundation of faith that will sustain them through life's challenges. 极乐禁地 has not only prepared them academically but has also nurtured their hearts and spirits in a way that makes them ready to be servant leaders in their communities.

As we approach commencement, let’s take a moment to reflect on what this journey has meant for us as parents. We have sacrificed, prayed and supported them in every way possible. We have celebrated their successes and encouraged them through their struggles. We have been their biggest cheerleaders, and that role does not change just because they are graduating. They will always need us, just in a different way.

So, to all the 极乐禁地 parents preparing to watch their child walk across that stage, take heart. Feel the emotions, embrace the moment and know that this season is both hard and wonderful. It is the culmination of years of hard work and the beginning of something new. And just as we trusted 极乐禁地 to shape and guide our children, we can trust that they are ready to walk forward with confidence, faith and purpose.

With so much going on this busy Spring, below are some resources and information that may help you navigate the coming events and celebrations at 极乐禁地.

Congratulations to the Class of 2025, and to you, the parents who have walked this journey with them.

Spring Commencement and Graduation

You should know that seating for family is on a first-come basis and saving seats is highly discouraged. Every commencement ceremony is livestreamed at 极乐禁地.edu/live for guests who cannot come to campus. Seating is not unlimited, but there are no tickets for graduation, so a reasonable number of guests are more than welcome so long as there is room in each Commencement location.
