Board members and responsibilities
The Board of Governors comprises 17 members and is appointed to oversee the strategic direction of the University. The Board鈥檚 responsibilities are set out in the Statement of Primary Responsibilities聽amended and agreed by Governors in 2020.

In line with the CUC Higher Education Code of Governance the 香港六合论坛 Board of Governors regularly undertakes reviews of its effectiveness. Formal reviews must be conducted every three years.
The Board鈥檚 last review with independent input was carried out in 2020-21, and the next one is due for completion in 2023-24.
